Your Mission

As one of our Product Designers, you’ll work on a product that helps millions of people sleep better, making a real impact on their health and wellbeing. You will be part of one of our cross-functional teams driving clear, outcome-based goals, having a direct effect on Sleep Cycle’s success, while helping millions of users achieve their health goals through better sleep. 

Your Key Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer and create delightful solutions that have a high impact on business outcomes.

• Represent design throughout discovery and delivery, collaborating closely with the Tech Lead and Product Manager.

• Champion modern design thinking and methodologies within your team, ensuring user-centered design principles guide decision-making.

• Bridge the gap between our users and the product team.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience working at least 5 years as a Product Designer in a cross-functional product team, preferably working on B2C subscription products.

• Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. 

• Strong skills in interaction and visual design, with a track record of creating appealing user interfaces. 

• Ability to create prototypes from hypotheses and validate them quickly with real users 

• Someone who thrives as a designer in a data-driven team where experimentation is key to success.

• Understanding of when to take smart shortcuts to quickly test hypotheses.

• A true team player, someone who collaborates effectively and lifts those around them.

• A higher education in a relevant field.

Nice to Have:

• Art direction skills to create beautiful visuals and evolve our visual brand identity

• Experience with animations/micro animation

• A genuine interest in health and sleep.

• Fluency in Swedish.
