We’re now looking for a hands-on Head of Growth Analytics to lead how we use data to understand and accelerate growth — across user acquisition, engagement, retention, pricing and commercial performance. We’re looking for someone who’s just as comfortable defining business metrics as they are understanding a data pipeline to validate our numbers.

Your mission:
As a Head of Growth Analytics, you’ll lead the work to define, analyze and align insights across the entire customer journey. This is a key role that sits within our Finance team and reports directly to our CFO. You’ll work closely with leaders across Product, Marketing and Commercial as well as Data Analysts to bridge data, strategy, and execution, helping us understand what drives growth and how to double down on it.
Your key responsibilities:
Build a common analytical framework for the entire funnel – from downloads and activation to retention, churn and price.
Define and own core KPIs across our growth streams (Acquire, Activate, Engage, Expand).
Collaborate closely with the CPO, CFO, CCO and product teams to create a shared view of user behavior and business performance to ensure decisions are grounded in reality, not just reporting.
Lead the development of reporting tools and dashboards that are clear, useful and adopted across the organization.
Drive data-informed decision-making in pricing, packaging, product development and go-to-market strategies.
Foster a data-literate culture where teams understand and act on their numbers.
What we are looking for:
Experience from business controlling, FP&A, or growth analytics roles in product-led or subscription businesses is a strong plus. You have a controller mindset: you bring structure to business analysis, define metrics that matter, and collaborate closely with leadership to shape financial and strategic decisions. You have a curious and analytical mindset and want to dig into the numbers.
Owned or contributed to a modern data stack, ideally within a digital subscription business. You know what “clean data” actually takes and what happens when it doesn’t exist.
You’re experienced in working cross-functional and have a solid background in analytics and business insights.
Technical experience in creating funnel modeling, segmentation, retention and cohort analysis, LTV/CAC, and attribution.
Proficiency in SQL and Python, you know your way around BigQuery, Looker, Amplitude or similar, and understand what well-instrumented product data should look like — but you focus on insight built on solid infrastructure.
A strong communicator who can translate complex data into clear narratives.
Someone who brings structure and clarity to their work, is proactive and capable of balancing long-term frameworks with quick iterations.
Nice to have:
Experience working with both consumer and B2B2C/SaaS models, preferably with app subscription business.
Experience with Apple Connect and related tools.
Experience with debugging metric inconsistencies across tools like Looker or Amplitude.
Experience with pricing strategies, financial modeling and/or investor reporting.
